Is it possible to have a global view option in the Audit Management Screen?
Solution
Whilst the audit management screen does not have a global view, tracking the status of audits at a firm level can be achieved using the workflow screen.
Instructions
1. Navigate to the Workflow Overview screen.
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Workflow. |

| Select Workflow Overview from the list. |

2. Create a New Job Template and name it "SMSF Audit"
3. Under tasks create the tasks you would like to track and add triggers. The triggers will automatically update the job or task when an event takes place

4. Bulk assign the Job Template to all SMSFs for the Financial Year or for the SMSFs that still require an audit to be completed.
Please Note
If you bulk assign the Job Template to all SMSFs, you will manually need to update the status for funds for which the audit is either in progress or completed.
5. When the status of the Audit is updated on the Audit Management screen, the Audit Job on the Workflow screens will be automatically updated.
6. On the Workflow Jobs screen you can filter the results for what you want and export to Excel.
Please ensure that you filter by Financial Year and Job Template.
