Overview

With the new Audit Management Global View screen, users can quickly identify and manage the various funds and their current audit status and monitor the average turnaround time for each auditor.

Navigation

From the Sidebar, navigate to compliance.
Select Audit Management.

The Audit Management Global View screen will be displayed.

Dashboard View

1. Selecting the question mark will open a pop-up that will take the user through the different options within the Global-View Screen.
   
   
2. You can Change the financial year by selecting the drop-down and clicking on the relevant Audit Year.
   
   
3. This will change the screen into a table view, which shows the individual statuses of all of the entities within Simple Fund 360.
   
   
4. This toggle will switch the screen to the Audit Management - Fund View.
   
   
5. If there has been any recent changes, for example, funds audits being completed, then there will be a notification informing you and the option to view the details of said changes. This will switch the screen into the table view with the relevant funds highlighted.
   
   
6. You can view the Average Turnaround Time either by Auditor or by Month using the drop-down to select the relevant average.

Table View

The table view provides more details on each individual funds current audit process.

1. The search bar can be used to find specific funds and can narrow down results in the table by entering Entity Name, Entity Label, Auditor and Audit Firm.
   
   
2. The Filters allow you to have the table display the selected Audit statuses\
3. The allows you to choose which headings will be included in the table, and allows for the table to be exported to PDF or Excel.
   
   
   
4. Selecting any of the headings will filter the table alphabetically based on that heading in descending order, clicking the same heading a second time will changed it to ascending order.
   
   
5. Clicking one of the entities will open the Fund View of the Audit Management screen.
   
   
6. You can change how many entities are displayed at once to a total of 100 per page, and switch pages by using the arrows or selecting the page number
