When I try to reverse entries during a fund wind-up, I receive an error with a series of numbers, and this error changes each time I click reverse entries, how can I reverse entries?
Solution
This is due to a TBAR event being generated by the rollover type being selected in the wind up member payout journals. This has prompted the system to generate a TBAR event for that wind up transaction.
This TBAR event(s) will need to be deleted before entries can be reversed.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Member. |

Select Transfer Balance Dashboard from the list. |

Expand the member that has a TBAR event related to a wind up transaction and click the delete button on the TBAR event.
Once all TBAR events that are related to the wind up transactions are deleted, you will be able to reverse entries in the period compliance screen.
