I am attempting to integrate my BGL product with XPM, however, I get an error message: "You don't have access to connect any Xero Practice Manager accounts"
Ensure the user that is connecting the integration between the BGL Product and Xero Practice Manager has Administration Access and has Authorised 3rd Party Full Access.
a) Navigate to your Xero Practice Manager account to resolve the issue.
b) Go to Business and then select Settings.
c) Select Staff and click on the name of the person proceeding with the integration.
d) Scroll down to Admin Privileges.
Ensure Administrator access is granted.
e) Once Administrator is ticked, check if the API Access Privileges is also ticked. if not, tick the box for Authorise 3rd Party Full Access and click Save.
You may now proceed with the integration.
