Reviewing the Member List, I'm unable to view all member accounts.
Solution
A common cause is that the account has been assigned an End Date. Once an account has been assigned an End Date, it is considered to be inactive.
Step 1: Navigate to the Member List
After selecting a fund, select Member | Member List
Step 2: Toggle All Member Accounts on.
From here you will be able to see the full list of member accounts. You may select an account and remove the end date to use the account within the software.
