How to use the AI Assistant
Log in to Simple Fund 360 or Simple Invest 360, select an entity, and the AI Assistant icon will appear at the top-right corner of the banner, next to the Help button.
- Choose BGL Support Assistant
- Ask your question, or select a suggested query
The AI Assistant will search BGL's Knowledge Centre based on your query entered. Depending on the result, Roni can provide a summarised response and direct links to articles for further information. The article libraries connected include:
- Simple Fund 360 Knowledge Centre
- Simple Invest 360 Knowledge Centre
Use plain English to ask any software related question you require support with. Here are some examples:
- "How do I create entries?”
- “What data feeds connections are available?”
- “How do I reconcile a Statement of Financial Position out of balance?”
- "What documents are needed to set up a new entity in the software?”
The AI Assistant returns a generated solution for your query and, if relevant, will include direct links to articles. Given that all information is gathered from the BGL article knowledge base, you can also request an article link that supports whichever response is provided.
Admins and Account Owners have default access to these AI Assistants.
Access for other users can be managed via User Roles under Settings.
- The BGL Support Assistant can only provide solutions based on existing articles.
- New articles that are created may take additional time before they are included in responses.
