Missing critical ATO correspondence? Having issues with the ATO Portal or PAYG instalment notices?
Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360 now support a secure ATO connection, automatically downloading available correspondence and compliance documents straight into your BGL subscription.
With all ATO documents centralised in one place, you can proactively manage obligations and respond to client queries faster.
When enabled, over 40 document types are supported and automatically downloaded every 2 weeks, including:
- Lodgment alerts
- Debt reminders
- Release authorities
- Superannuation remittance advice
- Activity statement notifications
- PAYG instalment notices
- Statements of account (including refunds)
Note: For added security, TFN and DOB details are automatically redacted in all downloaded documents.
Navigation

Instructions
- Select the toggle next to Download Documents. This will enable the automatic import of ATO documents into your BGL subscription:
- Review the popup message that displays, then select OK to begin automatically downloading documents:
As mentioned, please allow for up to 48 hours for documents to begin downloading.
- Relevant downloaded ATO documents will display on the ATO Lodgement screen.
Additionally, all downloaded documents can be accessed through the Documents Screen. For ease of use, you can navigate there via the ATO Documents screen.
- In line with an Entity's Name, select the file icon in the Action column to navigate to the Documents Screen:

Each document will display as uploaded by the "ATO System Download", with the ATO tag applied.
