How do I add a firm/company with a director/individual as a lodging party?
Solution
1. Create the Director
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. |

| Select Contacts from the list. |
|
Click and select Person to add the Director.
2. Create the Company and attach the Director to the Company
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. |
|
| Select Contacts from the list. |
|
Click and select Company.
When creating the Company, under Relationships, select
Select Director, then locate and select the contact created in Step 1:
Once complete, click
3. Create the lodging party
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. |
|
| Select Lodging party from the list. |
|
Select Add New Lodging Party
In the Select Lodging Party From Contacts field, locate and select the Company created at Step 2.
Simple Fund 360 will automatically display the Director attached to the Company.
If there are multiple directors, users will be able to select a director.
