Overview
Simple Fund 360's AI-powered assistants go beyond simple text support — they also allow file uploads for interactive user engagement. In this beta release, six AI Assistants are available (with more to come), offering features tied to entity-specific contexts and broader knowledge to enhance productivity.
Who Can Access the AI Assistants
Admins and Account Owners have default access to these AI Assistants. Access for other users can be managed via User Roles under Settings.
Where Can I Access the AI Assistants?
Log in to Simple Fund 360 or Simple Invest 360, select an entity, and the Roni AI Assistant icon will appear at the top-right corner of the banner, next to the Help button.
How to use the AI Assistants
Select or Switch AI Assistants
Users will see a list of available AI Assistants in the left sidebar after opening the AI Assistant interface. They can select or switch between AI Assistants either by clicking from the list or using the top menu.
Start A New Conversation
Clicking on will start a new conversation
Chat History
If you want to refer to past conversations, simply browse the Chat History and click on any conversation. You can also continue any previous conversation at any time!
File Upload
You can also click on in the message input box to upload files for AI Assistants to assist to understand your query or context.
Please note that after uploading a file, the Send buttonwill remain greyed out until you enter a question. Currently, files cannot be submitted without accompanying text.
Suggested Next Prompt or Questions
For each AI response, the AI will suggest next prompts based on the conversation context. Users can click to generate more suggested questions related to the current discussion. Additional prompts will appear at the end of the message, and users can simply click on them to view the AI's response.
What are the Limitations?
The maximum input message length is approximately 20,000 characters.
