How to acquire the required reports from Class

Opening Balances in Simple Fund 360
When you have completed the purchase of your Simple Fund 360, the nominated Account Owner of the license will receive a 'Welcome' email that will ask you to log in, nominate a password and set up multi-factor authentication to access your new platform.

Select Set Password from the 'Welcome' email. |
Following this, a new tab will open on your web browser that will request you to nominate a password. Please do so using a unique set of characters and letters that you will remember. |
The system will then prompt you to set up multi-factor authentication. Please click here for how to complete this process. |
You should then have access to your Simple Fund 360 and begin inviting other users into the system as you see fit. For further information on how to do so, please click here. |
From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Home. | |
Select Entity Setup |
Enter the details for the entity, then click Create in the bottom-right corner:
A popup window will appear. Select the BGL Entity Setup Service button:
- You can also access the Entity Setup Service via the Entity Details screen:
The BGL Entity Setup Service screen will now display.
Please note that firms outside of the onboarding period (subscribed to Simple Fund 360 for over 6 months) will receive an additional charge:
- Step 1 of the service requires the upload of existing financial documents.
A checklist with details on the documents required is displayed on the right side of the window:
- Step 2 requires selecting preferences for how properties and managed portfolios are entered into the software. If this investment type is not held in the entity, select the third option:
- Step 3 involves selecting the most recent financial year that has been finalised, and adding any additional notes that may assist in setting up the entity:
Once satisfied with the details, select Submit. Clicking submit will:
- Notify BGL's Client Success team of the Entity Setup request.
- Provide the uploaded documents to the Client Success team.
- Give the Client Success team access to this new entity for 30 days.
If any further details are required, the Client Success team will contact you via email.

How long does it take to switch to Simple Fund 360 using the Client Success Service? |
Each job differs based on requirements and workload. When you request assistance with the team, they will make contact with you to assess timeframes and advise accordingly. |
Do users need to be logged out of the software while the Client Success Team is working on my job? |
As this is cloud-based software, you can have unlimited users on the platform at any given time. Users do not need to be logged out of the software whilst the project is in process.

How do I transfer an SMSF from one Simple Fund 360 license to another? |
Simple Fund 360 offers a fund transfer feature to transfer fund(s) between licenses. Due to security measures, the transfer must be processed by the firm or licensees affected. For further information, please click here.

Can BGL send the Welcome email to more than one person? |
The initial Welcome email will be sent to the nominated contact (provided at the point of purchase to BGL) and once this account has been set up on the software, this contact will then need to invite users into the platform. This is to ensure we are adhering to security measures. |
