
Overview
Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360 allow you to invite users such as Clients, Employees, Auditors and Advisors to review a fund's information. You can quickly select which User Role to assign to the user and select which fund(s) the user can access from the Invitation screen
Invite New User
From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. |

The Invite Users page will display. Input the details of the user you wish to invite.

Explanation |
Input a valid email address that will effectively become the username. A message will display if you invite an existing user to advise that the user has already been invited.

Input the user's first name. |

Input the user's last name. |
Select to Invite to Simple Fund 360 |
Select a role from the drop-down list. You can also search for a specific role. User roles can be added from the Role Settings screen. |
Assigned Funds |
Select to access the Entity Selector page to choose which entities to give the user access. |
Remove User |
Select to remove the user details entered if you no longer wish to invite this user. |
You can invite multiple users in one go by selecting
The number of users you are inviting will display at the bottom.
Once you are done inputting all the users' details, select Invite User(s).
An email will be sent to the user's email address. The recipient needs to click on the Login button in that email as displayed below before the link expires to access the software.
On the first login, users will need to set up a new password. Users will also be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for security purposes.
Managing Invitations
You can track which users have been invited and who have joined by navigating to User Manager | Admin | Invitations under the Invited and Joined tabs.
Filters are available for you to locate a specific user in the list.

The following table explains the different invitation statuses.

This will display for users who have been invited to Simple Fund 360. These users will have received an email containing the login details. | |

This will display next to the user for whom the invitation has been cancelled. The user will not be able to access Simple Fund 360 with the login details that were sent in the invitation email. |
An invitation will expire five days after it has been sent. Once an invitation expires, the user needs to be re-invited again. You will not be able to use the Re-send function for an expired invitation. |

This will display next to users after they first log in to Simple Fund 360 after the invitation has been sent. |
