Formats
When using Fast Spreadsheet Data Input (Cash Code), your transactions in your spreadsheet must be ordered in one of the following formats:
Format 1
Column A: Dates
Column B: Debit
Column C: Credit
Column D: Description
Format 2
Column A: Dates
Column B: Credit
Column C: Debit
Column D: Description
Dates
Once the order of the information in the spreadsheet is correct, ensure the date column has been formatted for dates.
In the spreadsheet, highlight the date column
Right-click on the highlighted column and select Format Cells
Select Date and select a date type.
IMPORTANT: Any date type will work as long as your Language (Location) has been set as Australia
Click OK
