The Fast Data Entry tool in Simple Fund 360 allows users to quickly input and upload large batches of transactions into a bank account. This feature is particularly useful when handling foreign currency transactions, as it automates exchange rate conversions and streamlines reconciliation.

How to Import Foreign Currency Transactions
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Accounting. | |
| Select Smart Matching. |
- Select the Bank Account from the Smart Matching screen.
- Select Data Entry.
- Select the Currency
Fast Data Entry supports multiple currencies. To input bank data in a foreign currency, select a currency from the drop-down list and input amounts in the foreign currency.
Simple Fund 360 will populate the end of day rate in the XRT Columnand convert amounts to AUD when uploaded.
- Prepare your spreadsheet with the relevant transaction data ensuring columns match the required format.

Copy (CTRL-C) all the bank statement transactions. - Paste (CTRL-V) directly into the first cell from the Data Entry - Spreadsheet.
- As entries are recorded to the Data Input page, the entry summary field will update below:

Clear Invalid Entry
Quickly remove all invalid entries currently entered in the fast data entry screen by clicking on Clear Invalid Entry. - Select Create to add the entries to the Smart Matching screen.
