Support Query
I have accidentally deleted transactions from the BGL Bank Data Service and The Share Data Pack in the transaction list. How can I get these transactions back?
Solution
There is no restore function in Simple Fund 360. When the imported contract note transactions are deleted, the corresponding contract notes attached to the transactions will also be removed.
If Bank Data and Contract Note transactions imported under BGL Data Service have been deleted, users can perform a re-request for the deleted date range to bring the data back into Simple Fund 360; If transactions were manually entered, you will need to enter the deleted transactions again.
Note: If a Create Entries has been completed for the period that transactions have been deleted for, the entries will need to be reversed in order to bring the data into Simple Fund 360.
