Work Test Declaration

Overview

Simple Fund 360 can now prepare a Work Test Declaration letter for all members of the fund.

The letter is addressed from the member making the declaration to the Trustee(s) of the fund stating that the member is aged between 65 and 74 inclusive and has satisfied the work test requirement of being gainfully employed. Thus the fund can accept employer and personal superannuation contributions.

Instructions

To generate a Work Test Declaration for a member:

1. Navigate to the Reports screen:
   

   From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports.
   Select Reports.

   
   
   
2. Search for Work Test Declaration:
   
   
   
3. Select the green arrow to add the report to the Report Pack List. 
   
   
   
4. Select Settings. 
5. Input the reporting date, and select the member the declaration will be prepared for.
   
   
   
6. Click OK
