Support Query
How do I edit the "date joined fund" for the fund's members?
Solution
The members statement picks up the 'Date Joined Fund' by looking at the member's earliest Start Date. This includes closed member accounts.
To change the 'Date Joined Fund' for a member, the earliest Start Date for that member will be changed.
To do this in Simple Fund 360:
- Open up the reporting period to include the date that the 'Date Joined Fund' will be changed to
- Edit the Start Date for the member's earliest account
- Set the reporting period back to the original financial year before it was changed
Example
The "Date Joined Fund" for John Jones will be changed from 01/07/2014 to 01/07/2013.
