I have processed a commutation and I wish to reverse this.
How do I undo a commutation in Simple Fund 360?
Solution
You will need to delete the commutation transactions from Accounting | Transaction list:
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Accounting. |

The transaction will have Commutation in the Description.
To delete the transaction:
- Search for "commutation" using the search bar in the top right-hand corner.
- Tick the checkbox on the left side next to the commutation transaction.
- Select Delete.
If you have transferred the full pension balance to accumulation, the pension account will now have an End Date.
To remove the End Date, go to Member | Member List:
- Ensure the toggle has been changed to All Member Accounts.
- Locate the pension account and click on it to edit it.
- Remove the End Date, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save:
If any transaction has been posted or create entries have been processed after that date, the following message will display:
Select Yes to proceed.
