From the CGT Reset screen, I am not able to select an asset or parcel as it is disabled and no check box is available for me to select.
Solution
Assets or parcels that have not been held throughout the pre-commencement period are not available for CGT Reset and are greyed out.
For instance, any asset/parcel purchased after 09 November 2016 is not available for CGT Relief and will, therefore, be disabled under Step One Select Assets to Reset Cost Base in the Cost Base Reset screen.
