On August 8, 2020, BGL released an upgrade to the Client Centre known as MyBGL. MyBGL enables clients to manage their Account, Invoices, Contacts, Subscriptions and Payment Details. Users will need to use MyBGL to upgrade Firm Subscriptions.
MyBGL is only available to the newly made user role of Account Owner, however they are able to invite other users as well from the User List/User Manager page (i.e. similar to SF360 and CAS360). Each firm has one account owner who would have received an invitation for MyBGL. The Account Owner will have all the same rights in Simple Fund 360 as an Admin but has the extra function of being able to access MYBGL
To access MyBGL within Simple Fund 360:
Hover your cursor over the App Switcher icon at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Select the MyBGL icon.
Users will be re-directed to the MyBGL page.
Upgrading Firm Subscription.
Upgrading Subscriptions will take place in the MyBGL Product page. Please see our Products article to guide you on how to best navigate the page and upgrade subscriptions.

Can I cancel Bank Data and Share data subscriptions for select funds?
Bank Data and Share Data feeds can be cancelled by following their respective cancellation procedures as outlined in the following article.
