• TRIS income stream that should be in the Retirement Phase and included in a member's Transfer Balance Account is not displaying;
• How do I convert a TRIS - Accumulation phase into the Retirement phase? 

Solution

A TRIS will never automatically convert to the Retirement Phase. The TRIS function - Convert to TRIS Retirement Phase can be actioned from The Member List.
