Overview
The Workflow Entities Screen enables users to access and view jobs assigned to all entities. This screen will display all entities and not just the entities that have been assigned jobs. In this view each entity will appear only once. Users can also create a job for an entity by selecting one from the dashboard.
Notifications
Selecting will display all of the notifications once received,
Notifications will appear when:
- A Job has been assigned
- A Job has been unassigned
- A Task has been assigned
- Jobs that they are a part of have changed status
- If default assignee has been changed for an entity
Tasks for me
Selecting Tasks for me (add image) will show either tasks that are 'Ready to start' or 'All tasks'. (add screenshot)
What's for me
Selecting will filter Entities that have Jobs to display only Jobs that have been assigned to you.
Assigned user
Selecting Assigned user (add image) will provide the ability to search for any user, with the search returning a view of all Entities that have incomplete jobs for that user.
Filters
Selecting allows you to filter jobs by Financial Year, Job Status, Due in.., Job Template or Labels. Users can toggle to show 'Future Jobs'.

| Code | The Code of the entity will be displayed |
| Name | The Name of the entity will be displayed in this section. |
| Labels | Any Labels attached to this Entity will be displayed |
| Assignees | The assignee/s associated with this entity will be displayed here. |
| Default Assignee | All jobs/tasks without an assignee will be allocated to the default assignee |
| Last Task Completed | The Last Task completed of a job will be displayed in this section a task for this job has been completed. |
| Jobs | The statues of all jobs attached to this entities will be displayed in this column |
