The Workflow feature, currently in beta for Simple Fund 360 and Simple Invest 360, empowers users to define and create customisable Jobs tailored to their firm's needs. This feature enhances firm efficiency by providing a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and job statuses within the software. Users can track progress, delegate responsibilities, and gain valuable insights into how they track versus deadlines.
The three subsections of Workflow are:
|From the Main Toolbar, hover the cursor over the Workflow icon.
The Workflow Jobs view will show all outstanding Jobs by default and the functionality to create a new Job. This view allows users to easily filter for tasks or jobs assigned to themselves or other team members.
To provide further administrative control of current Jobs assigned, Workflow Jobs provides instant insight as to how your firm's progress on current jobs.
A CSV may be able to be exported through the Workflow Jobs screen, for a further in-depth scope of the current jobs undertaken.
The Workflow Entities Screen enables users to access and view jobs assigned to all entities. This screen will display all entities and not just the entities that have been assigned jobs. In this view each entity will appear only once. Users can also create a job for an entity by selecting one from the dashboard.
Through the Entities Workflow Screen, users can easily manage and view all Jobs currently undertaken through a Global view.
The overview screen allows Users the ability to manage the users assigned to Jobs as well as the ability to create a Job Template. The Job Templates can be viewed to see how many tasks are within the template as well as to view the usage of the job template.
Some Job Templates will already be created with tasks included within the templates, these templates are known as System templates.
