What's New?
Smart Reports – Account View and Trial Balance: When opening the Account View or Trial Balance on the Smart Reports screen, the default view now includes all parent-level and sub-account balances. Previously, only parent-level account balances were shown. Learn More
Smart Reports – Balance Sheet: The Balance Sheet will now combine all unallocated account balances. Learn More
Smart Matching – Fast Data Entry: Bank Statements uploaded through Fast Data Entry for transaction extraction will now be automatically saved to the Documents screen for audit purposes. Learn More
Property Valuation Services – TrueMarket Integration: BGL has integrated with TrueMarket to provide fixed-price, current and retrospective, desktop property valuations and rental assessments for commercial, industrial, rural, and residential properties Australia-wide. Learn More
Workflow – Current Tasks: Several additions have been made to Workflow including a new Current Task status and a new Current Task column in the CSV export. Jobs also now include a copy link for sharing the URL. Learn More
Workpapers – Enhancements: Several improvements have been made to Workpapers including the ability to view Pack Created Date and Last Refreshed Date, rename a document in the Workpapers screen, reconcile tax for companies (previously only SMSFs), modify other users’ notes (admin users only) and sort the transaction view by All Columns. Digital Signing – FuseSign Integration: Digital signing provider FuseSign now supports multiple signatories using the same email address. SMS two-factor authentication is required. Learn More
Investment Securities – New Date Picker: A date picker has been added for the price date, income and asset allocation sections of the Investment Securities screen. Learn More
Reports – Deductions Notice Letter: The Deductions Notice Letter now includes the option to indicate if the letter is a varying or prior notice. Learn More
Corporate Actions – New Merger: Aussie Broadband Limited’s (ABB) acquisition of Symbio (SYM) has been added to Corporate Actions. Learn More
Simple Invest 360 – Training Trust: A sample Trust is now available for training purposes and is not included in the subscription entity count. Simply contact your account manager to add the BGL Training Trust to your Simple Invest 360 license.
