How to roll over the fund to the next year in opening balances – Simple Fund 360 Knowledge Centre

Overview

Rolling over the year after entering opening balances to the first processing year in Simple Fund 360 is different from the normal process.

The create entries process can not be completed in the opening balance period; instead, the year will be changed in the fund details screen.

On the Fund Details screen, locate and click the financial year drop-down.

Then select the following financial year, and click "Save Changes."

The fund will now be rolled over to the following year and ready to begin processing transactions.

From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Fund.
Select Fund Details.
