When processing transactions through the Transaction List or matching them through Transaction Matching, what is the easiest way to select accounts?
Solution
When inputting or matching transactions you can use the quick search function to easily allocate transactions. Accounts can be found by searching for:
- the account name
- the account number/code
- the account type (income, expense etc.)
In the example above the user is searching for account 30100 - Accountancy Fees by typing in "accountancy". Simple Fund 360 produced the quick search result for account 30100.
