I am unable to select the financial year from the Tax Instalment Details panel as no options are showing.

The year options (for example 2013-14, 2014-15) will not appear in the Financial Year field in the Tax Instalment Details panel if the Financial Year period in Fund Details is open for a period greater than the current financial year (for example, the period is open from 14/06/1994 to 30/06/2015). This issue generally occurs when inputting opening balances for a fund. Ensure the date range is adjusted in Fund Details to the correct financial year and attempt to input the journal again.
