When attempting to invite a user (see Invite User, User Roles and Reset Password), I receive the error message "Email address entered is currently in use."
Solution
This error will appear if the user you are trying to invite already has a login with your Simple Fund 360 firm, or another user is using that email address (each user will need their own address). To confirm if anyone is using that email address, proceed to check from the User Manager screen.
