A Transaction Matching Rule created by myself or another SF360 user is not correctly matching.
Navigate to the Transaction Matching Rules screen.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Accounting. | |
Select Transaction matching from the list. | |
Select Transaction Matching Rules. |
Solution
Please check the following conditions have been entered correctly for the rule.
- Check that the Target Funds have been selected correctly. The fund may need attaching to the rule (under Select Funds).
- Check that the correct bank account has been selected.
- Check the matching criteria has been input correctly. If using multiple conditions, ensure that the terms "Any" or "All" are being used correctly.
In this example above, the rule would only match where both conditions have been met. Alternatively, if I select Any, either condition will be sufficient.
- Check that the match option (Amount, Reference, Description, Applied to Date) is correct.
