Transactions are matching to the wrong accounts.
Solution
This is most likely caused by another rule that is present in the Transaction Matching Rules list.
Navigate to the Transaction Matching Rules screen.
From the Main Toolbar, select Accounting >> Transaction Matching >> Transaction Matching Rules.
Select the Last Match column. This will filter the rules by the date they last matched a transaction. Review the most recent rules alongside the transaction details (have the Transaction List open in one tab while the rules screen is open in another) to confirm the incorrect rule is matching the transaction. If this is the cause of the issue, either remove or edit the rule accordingly.
