In the Transaction Matching screen I have received the following error message:
"Transactions cannot be matched due to multiple entries. Please go to Transaction List."
How does this error occur and how do I resolve it?
This error message is generated where a transaction that has been previously matched by a Transaction Matching Rule has been manually unmatched by a user to clearing account 91000 (the user has edited the transaction from the Transaction List and re-coded it).
To avoid this error message, if you are required to unmatch a transaction select Unmatch from the Transaction List. This is the correct way to unmatch a transaction. Click here for instructions.
