BAS/IAS Lodgement

Overview 

This article explains how to lodge validated BAS/IAS forms in Simple Fund 360 via the Lodgement screen, which lets you lodge multiple forms at once.

Preperation

Once you have prepared and validated BAS/IAS individual forms in Simple Fund 360, you can lodge them via two methods.

1. After validating an individual statement, the option to lodge the form will be accessible.
   
    
2. This article will take you through the second method. The second method is through the Lodgement screen, which allows you to lodge multiple forms at once. 

Navigation

From the Main Toolbar, go to Connect.
Select Lodgement from the list.

How To Complete a Lodgement

1. Filter the lodgement screen by BAS/IAS.
   
2. Select the Lodging Party.
   
3. Validated statements linked to the Lodging Party selected will filter and appear. 
   
   
    
4. Select the check box(s) to the left of the funds you are lodging the BAS/IAS form(s) for and then select Lodge. Multiple forms can be lodged at once.
   
   
    
5. Once the statement(s) has been successfully lodged, under the Forms Lodged section, you will see that the status next to that fund will change from Validated to Lodged (Electronically).
