How to view or control access to your Integrations
You can manage which applications and which entities can be accessed through the API by navigating to the BGL Integrations portal on the App Switcher in either Simple Fund 360 or CAS 360.
Connect Apps
All Applications that your firm has authorized via the API, Practice Management Integrations and Digital Signing integrations.
If you are the person who authorised the Application or the Firm's Account Owner you will be able to remove access by clicking the Delete button.
Clicking the Edit button allows you to review and modify which Entities the application has access to.
To change which entities the application has access to click on the Edit button next to Assigned Entities.
- Entities listed under ENABLED ENTITIES is what the application has access to
- Entities listed under DISABLED ENTITIES is what the application does not have access to
- Enabling the option Allow future Entitles to be accessible by default will result in any entities added to your firm in the future to be automatically enabled.
Where you have used labels to group your funds you can use these to select funds in bulk.
