Entity Labels in Simple Fund 360
Labels are used in Simple Fund 360 to group funds together for quick selection and reporting purposes.
Some of the Benefits of using Labels:
- Quickly filter through funds
- Ability to allocate and group funds
- Easily invite users to labels
Add a new Label
| From the Main Toolbar, select Home. |

| Select Entity Selection. |

From the Entity Selection screen, select a fund and select Label As. From the drop down list below, select Add New Label.
Input the name of the Label and select Create.
Attach Labels to a fund
From the Entity Selection screen, select the fund(s) by ticking the box next to the fund(s).
Select Label As. From the drop-down list, select the label(s) to apply and select Apply Labels.
Multiple labels can be attached to fund(s). Simply tick the required labels and select Apply Labels.
Any applied label will appear under the Label As column in the Entity Selection screen.
Remove Labels attached to a fund
From the Entity Selection screen, select fund(s) by ticking the box next to the fund(s) and then select Label As. From the drop-down list, de-select the Labels to remove and select Apply Labels.
The label will no longer appear under the Label As column in the Entity Selection screen.
Delete a Label
From the Entity Selection screen, select a fund by ticking the box next to the fund(s) and select Label As. From the drop-down list, select Manage Labels.
Tick the label and select Delete.
Invite Users to Labels
Users can be invited to funds which have a specifically attached label.
To invite a user to a Label:
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. |

| Select Invite New User under Quick User Setting |

Click Select Entitys and select the label under the Labels menu.
Click Select. Selecting a Label will automatically select the funds to which the Label has been attached.
Select Save.

What happens when you migrate departments from Simple Fund desktop?
When migrating a fund from Simple Fund Desktop to Simple Fund 360, any departments attached to the fund will also be migrated. These departments will become labels in Simple Fund 360.
