Changing Platforms

Good afternoon

I have a client that has been with Escala (Praemium) to LGT Crestone. Is there a way to transfer these investments from one platform to the other easily.

  Hi Teagan, 

  To move the investments to and from each platform, you will need to contact both platforms to confirm the process.

  In terms of Simple Fund 360, this would be adding a new feed to the Feed Management screen and following the instructions for setting up an LGT Crestone feed.
  To cancel the Praemium feed, you will need to contact Praemium to cancel the feed from their end.
