Investment Company Change Name

What is the best way to update my security details if one of the company changes to a new name? Thank you.

  Hi Daniel Dermawan,

  With this, if the security is a custom security and it does not change the security code, then you can edit the security name in the investment security list.

  However, if this update to the company name also changes the security code, or if the security is created by the system, then you will need to create a new security for the new code. Once done, you can process an Share code/class change to move the holdings from the old account to the investment account created with the new security.
