Overview
The Member Dashboard provides a detailed overview of Members and their accounts, including additional functions helping you manage Members, Pensions, and Contributions with greater efficiency.
The Member Dashboard contains a total of four different screens with various details included:
- Overview - Details for each Member Account (incl. Total Super Balance and Transfer Balance Cap)
- Members - Process Member Account Transactions (incl. updating Balance Components function)
- Pensions - Review all Pension account details (incl. minimum pension payment tracking)
- Contributions - Provides contribution / contribution cap details (incl. recording external contributions)

The Overview screen of the Member Dashboard will display. This includes a Fund Summary and a more comprehensive summary of each member account with relevant contribution and pension details:
To access the other screens, select the relevant tab from the options at the top:
Members
Select the members tab to manage everything related to member accounts. The Member Dashboard now provides a detailed breakdown of member accounts and transactions related to each account.
- Commence Pensions, add new member accounts, or process member transactions from the options available in the top-left corner.
- Select Edit next to any member's account to access and change member account details.
- Click on an account to show/hide related transactions.
- Change what details are displayed on this screen by adding/removing column headings or filtering by a specific member.

Pensions
The Pensions tab provides all the necessary details to review pensions paid, including minimum requirements for both individual members and the entity as a whole.
Each member's section can be sorted by Account Name or Tax Free %. The position column also displays when minimum pensions are met, including when pensions are paid beyond the minimum requirement:
- You can also copy a member's account code by clicking the copy icon.
Select Allocate Pension to open a popup window:
- This Allocate Pension screen allows you to review and post transactions required to meet minimum pension payments. Simply click Allocate > Meet Minimum Pension Payments to post these minimum pension transactions based on the calculations displayed.
Contributions
The Contributions tab displays all contribution amounts of all active members in the entity. Preview contribution caps and review how this cap has been carried forward from prior years.
External Contributions can be recorded by selecting + External Contributions:
- Select the member, then enter the details for the external contribution. Once completed, click Save.
