I've invited a user but I want to change what funds they've been assigned. How do I edit their assigned funds?
Solution
User has accepted invitation
If the user has accepted the invite and clicked Join Now in the invitation email, the existing user role will need to be edited.
To do this in Simple Fund 360:
1. Navigate to the User List screen:
From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. | |
Select User list from the list |
2. Click on the invited user and click on Show:
3. Under the Assigned Entities section, select Change.
4. Assign the funds to the user then click Save:
User has not accepted invitation
If the user hasn't accepted the invitation, the invitation will need to be cancelled and resent.
To do this in Simple Fund 360:
1. Navigate to the User List screen:
From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. | |
Select User list from the list |
2.. Navigate to the Invitation screen:
From the Toolbar, go to Admin | |
Select Invitation |
3. Locate the invited user and select Cancel:
