When attempting to request an actuary certificate in Simple Fund 360, the following error message is displayed:
Error! The Actuarial Certificate request has not been sent.
The fund has segregated assets. Where the fund has a Segregated Assets policy, we currently are unable to provide enough information to the Actuary to calculate an accurate actuarial percentage for this fund. Please contact the actuary directly.
Solution
When attempting to request an actuarial certificate, Simple Fund 360 will check whether a segregation policy exists.
Fund is Unsegregated
This warning will be displayed if Simple Fund 360 detects the existence of a segregation policy, even if the policy is empty.
To check if a segregation policy exists:
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Member. |

| Select Segregation Dashboard from the list. |

Ensure that there is no existing segregation policy:
If there is a policy, this will need to be removed. Please refer to Edit or Delete a Policy for how to do this.

Please contact your selected actuary certificate provider directly about the application.
