How do I see completed jobs?
To view completed jobs within Workflow;
- From the Workflow Jobs screen, Click the Filters tab on the top right of the screen.
- Under the Job Status filter, change the status from All Unfinished to Complete.
Does Workflow integrate with a Practice Management System?
Currently, Workflow does not integrate with any Practice Management System.

How do I roll a job to the next FY once completed?
In the Job screen, when the job status is 'Complete' and 'Repeat' is entered under the Recurring Jobs tab, they will have the option to create the next recurring job.
Can we notify the next person on the Task List when the task is ready for them?
Yes, if you have users assigned to tasks, then when the last task (before the task assigned to them) is marked as complete, the user with the next task in the job will get a notification in the notifications pop-up tab that says "Tasks ready to start".
