ESA error in members employer payroll trying to make SG payment
Specific error is “ The ABN provided is not known to the message receiver. If the superannuation fund is a self managed super fund (SMSF), please confirm with the employee that the ESA provided is correct; or please contact the fund for more information. Please note, no refund is associated with this message.”
What causes this error ?

To receive contributions, please ensure the fund's ABN is registered with the BGLSF360 electronic service address (ESA).
If you're unsure of the registration status, feel free to submit a support ticket with the ABN and we'll be happy to look into it for you!
