Property Valuation Minute to include LRBA and related party?

I would love to have an updated property valuation minute that draws on the information in BGL to reference:

Is the property subject to an LRBA

Is the property leased to a related party

This would make life a lot easier as we wouldn't have to prepare a manual minute separately to go to the auditors.
