    Thank you for reaching out in the Community.

    Currently, the Bank Statement model is recognising the Reference increment as a separate line item, which can be turned off.

    To have this reviewed, please lodge a support call and attach a copy of the bank statement that is causing the issue. Our team will then escalate this to the product team so the Bank Statement model can be assessed and adjusted where appropriate.

    Alternatively, you can submit feedback directly from the Fast Data Entry screen when uploading the bank statement. This sends your suggestion straight to the product team responsible for the Bank Statement model.
