ESA Update and SuperStream Cancelled
I recently updated the ESA for a client and it is showing in the Fund Details and Saved changes successfully.
However when I'm looking at the Fund Dashboard and SuperStream is showing as cancelled.
I want to make sure that it is setup correctly to receive contributions.

Thank you for reaching out through the Community Post.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind when updating or registering a fund for SuperStream.
To register for SuperStream, this must be done through the SuperStream Dashboard screen (I’ve linked an article here for reference - SuperStream: How to register in Simple Fund 360). From your message, it sounds like you may have already completed this step.
If the fund had previously been registered to a different ESA, either through another accounting firm or a different ESA, the SuperStream status may appear as cancelled. In this case, our support team will need to make a change in the background so the fund can be correctly registered to BGL’s ESA. Please log a support ticket (Log a Support Call) and our team will assist further to ensure the fund is properly set up to receive contributions.
