Closing period
When I attempt to close period a message comes up saying "Profit/Loss of -3,139.00 has not been allocated to members. Please reverse the final create entries and re-process." This doesn't make any sense but I did reverse and re-process but the same message comes up.
Has anyone else had this problem and how was it resolved?

Strange, I have had just experienced the exact same error message - different number. Nothing works and the accounts are all in order.
I have logged a help call. I think a system upgrade glitch has upset the matrix.

Yes, I opened a case and it's being investigated as they think it's a back-end problem
