    Hi everyone,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    After checking with both our Product and Support teams, we’ve identified an issue with some tax labels in custom accounts for recently transferred funds.

    Our team is already working on a fix, which will be released soon.

    In the meantime, if anyone else encounters this problem, please log a Support Ticket so we can resolve it quickly on our side.

    We really appreciate users highlighting these issues. It really helps us investigate faster and ensures other users experiencing the same problem benefit from the solution.

    Strange, I have had just experienced the exact same error message - different number. Nothing works and the accounts are all in order.

    I have logged a help call.  I think a system upgrade glitch has upset the matrix.

    Yes, I opened a case and it's being investigated as they think it's a back-end problem
