    From what we’ve seen in similar cases, the issue could be due to transactions not being recorded to the correct account, or it may require a back-end adjustment by our support team. I’ve logged a support call on your behalf so our Support team can take a closer look.

    Just a note that the Reconciliation Reports are included as part of the Simple Fund 360 subscription. We’ll keep you updated via the support ticket.
