How to enter transaction son demerger of ESG Minerals (unlisted) from Latin Resources & subsequent merger of Latin Resources with Pilbbara Minerals?

  Hello Joseph,

  Thank you for taking the time to post in the community.

  To process both the demerger of Latin Resources Ltd (LRS.AX) and the subsequent merger, you can use the Corporate Actions screen to complete both events.

  Once we are notified of a corporate action by the ASX, we will inform you via Corporate Action Notifications if the entity holds this investment.

  Simple Fund 360 will automatically check how many LRS.AX shares the entity holds at the time of the corporate action. Based on the relevant ATO ruling, the software will then process the applicable transactions for you.

  To process both the demerger and merger:

  1. Confirm that the entity holds shares in LRS.AX.
  2. Navigate to the Corporate Actions screen.
  3. Select Process for both the Demerger and Merger corporate actions.
