Request to Unlock Incorrectly Matched Transactions in BGL

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have imported the broker CSV into BGL, but some of the transactions are locked, and the automatically matched investments appear to be incorrect. Could you please assist us in unlocking the following transactions so we can review and amend them:

1. 25/09/2023 – BUY 200 PARA – $3,863.64

2. 04/10/2023 – BUY 150 BAC – $5,934.73

3. 06/10/2023 – BUY 100 UL – $7,335.27

4. 06/10/2023 – BUY 100 CPB – $5,907.57

5. 24/10/2023 – BUY 20 UPS – $4,558.42

6. 17/11/2023 – SELL 100 CPB – $6,101.22

7. 14/12/2023 – SELL 15 UNP – $5,559.98

8. 15/12/2023 – SELL 200 INTC – $10,677.10

Please let us know once these transactions have been unlocked.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your message.

  The transactions may be locked due to future CGT events recorded against those holdings (such as disposals, tax-deferred distributions, or corporate actions). These types of transactions can prevent earlier ones from being edited.
