How to enter a dividend for Spark (SPK)?

Can anyone advise me on how to enter a dividend from a New Zealand-domiciled company, SPK? I don't quite understand the online Help document in BGL. Also, I cannot find out if this company, SPK, has opted in to the ATO franking credit system. The details of the dividend are attached.

  Hi Ken,

  As per the 'how to enter dividends' help article on New Zealand dividends.

  The net dividend amount (after tax) is entered in the Assessable Foreign Source Income field.
  The Withholding tax is entered into the Foreign Income Tax Offset.
  Please note that the amounts entered into Simple Fund 360 must be in Australian Dollars.
  

  As for whether SPK has opted into the ATO Franking credit system, I was unable to find this information.
  I recommend reaching out to SPK to confirm.
