Live Reports and Consolidated Reporting

I have just started assisting a super fund administration company and I do not have access to live reports.  Instead I have consolidated reporting which we have no use for.  Why has my live reports been removed and can I reinstate it.  I have other BGL logins for other super fund administrators and always have live reports.

I use live reports all the time.

  Try going to Reports - Smart Reports - Trial Balance
