How to fix the problem

Hi,

When I do workpapers for the bank accounts, the confirmed balance with "x", May I know how to fix it?

  Hi Susan,

  If the confirmed balance was entered in manually, then the 'x' is a delete button to remove the confirmed balanced amount and can be safely ignored.
  

  If you are confirming the balances through SmartDocs or a Bank feed, please let me know so I may review this further.

  Thanks.

  I remembered to edit and change to the correct figure for some of accounts but I didn't enter in all balance manually.
